Someone asked me today what qualities a person should have to succeed as an entrepreneur. I said Resourceful & Resilient. Came back to write this blog & expand further how these 2 qualities contribute to an entrepreneur’s life.

Being Resourceful has assisted me in getting Capital, Making necessary contacts, Get ways to attract clients & paying customers and come out of challenging circumstances with creative ideas & solutions. .
Resilient
Family
Flexible
Falling
Faith
Being Resilient assisted me to take more flexible approach but not comprising on your faith & values, I recovered quickly from difficult conditions, sprang back in shape though was bended. I was stretched & tested by family, relative & peer pressure.
There is a reason why I used words from C for Resourceful, as being resourceful will ensure Continuity of your venture.
There is a reason why I used words from F for Resilient, as if you are not Resilient you will Fail as an entrepreneur.
So resourceful helps you stay afloat & being Resilient will ensure you do not fail.
Its hard for me to go back & think whether I had these 2 traits from the start or whether the entrepreneurial journey made me Resourceful & Resilient. Whichever be the case, definitely the existence of these 2 personal characteristics helped me achieve entrepreneurial success.
