Past, Present & Future. Now, Next & Beyond

I have mentored Founders who have come to me to discuss about their Startups Present, Past & Future.

Instead I suggested them an approach which is to discuss Now, Next & Beyond.

1. Now: Solve the current issues at hand, Do things today, Lets do what we can do NOW.
2. Next: What’s Next are you going to do? Where’s the next client acquiring strategy & employee attracting tactics, capital infusion coming from? Whats next revenue source. What will you explore next, Any pivot opportunity? Who will be next competition?
3. Beyond: What is it that you not thinking? Can you think beyond what you thinking? Is your thinking Divergent or Convergent?Founders have to get out of Past, Present & Future thinking but incorporate Solve Now, Explore Next & Imagine Beyond.
