Startups though are here to make a better working world, sometimes get entangled in the same age old organisation nomenclatures & structures. Persons who found or start a Startup are called Founders, Entrepreneurs. We have evolved from calling businesses, ventures to Startups. We have evolved from calling them businessmen, industrialists to Founders. But we still call employees of these organisations & Starutps same i.e. Employees. People working in Startups deserve a new name to address themselves which reflects their ethos and behaviour. Hence we give to you a new word for this profesional class “Startupite”
We thought there is a strong reason to club the Founders & their employees, workers into one group. They all are an integral part of the startup world. So a new common word to address them makes total sense.
