Government is the Visible Hand. Government Machinery & 1000s of Government officials are invisible. We never see the work they do, but we always have an opinion on what work they are not doing. Past Few months have seen working of Government Department & Government officials from close quarters. I have realized how misplace citizen fallacy is on the Government machinery & officials.
